I. COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LAWS
Your use of and access to the MTAR Site is subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, and you agree not to violate such laws and regulations in your use of and access to the MTAR Site.

II. ONLINE CONDUCT
You agree that you will not download (other than for caching) or modify the MTAR Site, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of MTAR. You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or any manual process to monitor, copy, modify, distribute, or publish any webpages within the MTAR Site or the content contained on the MTAR Site without our prior written consent of MTAR. You agree that you will not frame any portion of the MTAR Site without the prior written consent of MTAR. You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, visit, or otherwise exploit the MTAR Site for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of MTAR. You agree that you will not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing MTAR’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of MTAR.

III. YOUR CONTRIBUTED MATERIAL
You agree that you will not post or submit to the MTAR Site in any way any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, intellectual property right infringing, invasive of privacy, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, virus infected, commercially soliciting, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including but not limited to any material that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. You agree that you will not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any material. MTAR reserves the right to remove or edit such material. If you blog and have book reviews on your own blog you may not copy and paste your reviews word-for-word, even if the reviews are your own work. Doing so creates an appearance of plagiarism and will decrease the search engine optimization of both the More Than A Review website and your blog. You may refer to your blog in your reviews but all reviews provided on More Than A Review must be original work that is not published elsewhere.

You agree to grant MTAR a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display throughout the world in any media any material that you post or submit to the MTAR Site in any way. You represent and warrant that you own all of the rights to the material that you post or submit; that the material is accurate; and that use of the material you contribute does not violate these Terms of Use. MTAR takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any material posted by you or any third party.

MTAR may terminate your account if it is unable to verify or authenticate the information you provide to it.

You agree to help protect your account by guarding your password and by changing it as soon as possible if you believe its security has been compromised. You also agree to notify MTAR immediately if you believe your account has been used without your authorization.
